Shaplen, the Stockholm correspondent of the United Press, states that the Russian press expects the German occupation of Moscow and Petrograd, due to the rapid development of the Murman situation. The Bolsheviks are co-operat-ing with the Germans, permitting them to travel north by the Murman railway through Petrograd and the Zvanko Junction. Cholera is rampant in many cities besides Petrograd.
