IN MEMORIAM.

HARVEY.—In loving memory of our wee daughter, Alice, the beloved daughter of George and Mary Harvey, who died at AYhangaparaoa, Arkie's Bay, on July 22, 1905; aged 51 years.—At rest. VOS.— fond and loving memory of my dear wife, who fell asleep at Stanley Bay, July 23, 1917.

I am home in heaven, dear ones; Oh, so happy and so bright; There is perfect joy and beauty In this everlasting light. All the pain and grief are over, Every restless tossing passed; I am now at peace for ever, Safely home in heaven at last. 'Tis sweet to know we'll meet again, Where parting is no more; And that the ones we loved bo well Have only bom« before. —Inserted by her loving husband and family.

VOS-— ever-loving remembrance of my dear mother, who entered peacefully into rest on July 23, 1917, For many years our family Was strongly linked together, But the tie that fondly bound us Has gone from us for overBut we know she's safely landed, Free from sorrow, pain, and care; And her loved ones now are waiting Just to join her over there. Oh! the blow was so severe, And at first 'twas hard to bear ; But we're trusting in His promise That with her our joys we'll share. We will leave her and not worry, Knowing she is safe at rest In the hands of God our Father. Who we know does all things host. —Ever remembered by her loving daughter, Gladys.
