ENEMY IMPRESSED. LONDON, July 9. A message; from Harbin states that Germany shows marked fear of the growing strength of the Czeoho-Slovaks in Siberia. Mirbacb, shortly before he was assassinated, induced the Bolsheviks largely to arm German Magyar prisoners of war, who were ordered to bar thoiCzechs' eastward advance and prevent the capture of Vladivostok at all costs.
