Petitioner stated that his wife.!,'.; M had not lived with him since 2904. About/., $M three years later ho received a letter .'ijrgg from his wife suggesting that they should ;vs|§ live together again. He wrote asking her ; vc|| to come to him, but she refused and stated ;?m in her reply that she was living with the ;;|aj co-respondent, and that she, had two chil- : dren, of whom Jury was the father. * ; a» Counsel produced affidavits from the }£ respondent and co-respondent admitting conduct, i'iM William Jury, the co-respondent, stated that the signatures to the nffidmits read were his and that of respondent, and that;6sjs| ,the statements made in the document were true. >','%S His Honor: I suppose you wish t°i;»||| marry this woman and legitimise the chil-,. - j dren'?—That if so.
