. ■». — HAMBURG EXPRESS ATTACKED. LONDON. Juno 24. The Hague correspondent of the Times says that reports in the Gorman press prove that the increase of criminality is necessitating tho employment in Berlin of extra police and military guards in the mast dangerous districts. Daylight burglary is rampant. A gang of criminal? attacked the Hamburg express with hand grenades and escaped.
