POTATOES FOR GERMANY.
AGREEMENT WITH HOLLAND A. and N.Z. LONDON'. July i. The Amsterdam newspaper Handelsblad announces that Holland will probably agree to send 3000 wagons of now potatoes to Germany in exchange for 50.000 tons of coal. It adds that it is understood that Britain has agreed to the transaction, and that slip receives the same quantity of Dutch potatoes.
