GERMANY'S WAR AIMS.
NO BRITISH ACTION. CLEAR STATEMENT AWAITED. Australian and X.Z. Cable Association. (Rood. 10.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 4. The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Lord Robert Cecil, replying to a question in the House of Commons said lie could not see that any action could he usefully taken regarding the vague and inconclusive statement regarding Germany's war aims marie in the Reichstag by von Kuhlm.inn, Herman Minister for Foreign Affairs. The British war aims were well I known, but we waited vainly for a clear and unambiguous declaration of the I enemy's war aims.
