HAMILTON DIVORCE CASE.

HAMILTON, Wednesday. The sittings of the Supreme Court wero continued before Mr. Justice Cooper to-day. Charles Albert Timblick applied for a divorce from his wife. Margaret Timblick, on the ground of desertion. Evidence was given that the parties were married in Hawke's Bay in 190&, and lived for three years at Maheno, in Otagct, where the wife deserted the liueband without reason. A dccree nisi, to be mad# absolute in three months, was granted.
