[BY TELEGRAPH.OWK COBBESPOMJEXT.] HAMILTON. Wednesday. A makkied man, Mr. Horace Phillips, aged 43 years, -was found dead on the PirongiaKawhia Road. Mr. Phillips was manager for Mr. Potts, of Puketotara, and left yesterday morning for Pirongia Mountain to 6ecnre a load of timber. He was least seen alive on the return journey about nine o'clock last night. As he did not return home Mr. Potts went out this morning and found him lying dead under the overturned dray.
