''a plain Tupper and Mr. Chambers, delegates from the British Seamen's Union, after a successful conference at Copenhagen, arranged to go to Sweden to confer with the Swedish seamen with reference to an International Federation of Seamen. On their arrival at Gothenburg they were ordered to leave Sweden by the next tram.
