MAORI GUILTY OF FORGERY.

HAMILTON. Thursday. A .Maori. Henry Simpson, was found guilty at the Supreme Court to-day of forcing and uttering a cheque for £8 ss. Accused, who had two previous convictions against him, was ordered to be dotained for reformative treatment for a period not exceeding two years.
