LENGTHY LIST OF SUBJECTS WORK OF THE WAR CABINET. ■ Received 1 30 a.m.) United Service. LONDON. June 13. The agenda list for tin- Imperial Conference promises to be lengthy, including many economic subjects, hut not including the matter of the Pacific Islands, which the War Cabinet will discuss as a war question. Mr. V. F. Massey emphasises that the Dominion representatives sha: ' an equftS responsibility with the members of the B* :, .'*'h Cabinet for the conduct of the war during their visit. Although the Dominions were permitted two voices they have only one vote. The Government officially recog nises only the Prime Ministers.
Sii Joseph Ward, speaking at an interallied conference, said it was encouraging to heat Mr. A. ,1. Balfour advocate inter-Imperial and allied commercial cooperation after the war.. Action should have been taken years ago, because the penetration tactics of the German Empire had afforded valuable assistance to her preparations for war. Britain and the Dominions were determined not to permit a recurrence of such a state of affairs. The allied mastery of the seae was enabling them to control the German plans whatever happened on land.
