GROWING BELIEF THAT GERMAN FLEET WILL GOME OUT

June 12 The Washington correspondent of the New York Time-, states that advices from Switzerland state that the German Admiralty is considering a great naval offensive. It is believed that orders have been given to place the German fleet in readiness for action. . United Service. LONDON. June 12. United bervice. A considerable body of British naval opinion supports M. Marcel Hutin's view that a sea battle may synchronise with the rest great attack on the north front. It is believed that if the Germans think they are winning they will risk everything in a wild effort to increase the strain everywhere to break down the allies' nerve.
