The executive of the Auckland Rugbv League met last evening, Mr. J. Carlaw siding. The committee of the Ellerslia Patriotic Carnival wrote thanking the league for postponing its matches on Saturday and requesting nominations for the footbalW relay race.. The report of the Junior Advisory Board stated that a player »U ■was ordered off the field last Saturday for unsportsmanlike conduct had been severelv cautioned. Another player who was also ordered on failed to appear, and was sn«. pended until he attends before the board Ihe protest entered by Xorth Shore against City sixth grade, for the playing of an over age member, was sustained, and the matliii awarded to the protectants Two previous matches played against Paraell and Richmond were awarded against City, the club objecting, and asking that the Junior Advisory Board reconsider its de. cision and order the matches to be replayed.
