TWO METHODS DISCUSSED. A. and N.Z. WASHINGTON, May 14. Officials are puzzled at the, Ottawa statement attributed to the British Cabinet regarding the utilisation of the American forces. Lord Reading says: " The statement is diametrically opposed to all the information received at the Embassy. lam quite in the dark as to the origin of the statement, but I am convinced that it was not issued with the knowledge of Mr. Lloyd George or of the War Cabinet."
