COUNCILS OF THE EMPIRE.
A. and N.Z. LONDON. May 13. Earl Brassey has given notice to move at the Colonial Institute's meeting on May 29 that the separation of Imperial matters from the Motherland's domestic affairs is urgently necessary, and that the settlement of the future constitution of the United Kingdom is an essential preliminary to discussion of the future Government of the Empire at a special Imperial conference at the conclusion of the war.
