MOVEMENT IN RUSSIA. A. and N.Z. NEW YORK, May 13.
The Washington correspondent of the United Press interviewed M. T. Masarik, a Bohemian educationist from Russia, ■who said that Russia is preparing to strike against Germany in the closing days of the war. The Czechs and Slovaks are organising an army to fight against the Central Powers.
