The correspondent of the United Press on the American front B',au>s that information obtained by aviators flying above the German lines indicates that the Germans have thinned the ranks in Lorraine. The German lines opposite Verdun are sparsely occupied. Prisoners report that the lowest grade of German soldiers are holding these positions.
