PENDING HOME RULE BILL.
DATE OF INTRODUCTION. CONSCRIPTION DELAYED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 8 p.m.). LONDON, May 9. Mr. Bonar Law stated in the House of Commons to-day that the Home Rule Bill would not be introduced before Whitsuntide. The House of Commons would adjourn on May 16 until May 28. Conscription would not be formally applied to Ireland before the Bill was introduced.
