AGREEMENT CONCLUDED. QUESTIONS OF TRANSPORT. A. and N.Z. AMSTERDAM. Anril 23. The Amsterdam Handelsblad states that a German-Dutch agreement has been arrived at regarding Dutch concessions covering the transit of sand and gravel And the transport of various necessities not intended for military purposes by rail through Limburg. A settlement regarding the Rhine River traffic has also fcetn reached. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Anril 23. The Daily News says that the Foreign Office has learned that relations between Germany and Holland are very strained as the result of a quarrel regarding the supply of gravel and sand from Holland to Germany. The situation is regarded with anxiety in official circles, as Germany hs.% delivered & time limit ultimatum.
