OFFENCES AT ONEHUNGA.

At the Onehunga Police Court yesterday, before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., Max Mullcr, an alien registered as a Dane, was charged, under the Registration of Aliens Act, with having failed to notify a change of abodo within 14 days of his coming to Onehunga from Morrinsville. Muller pleaded guilty and was fined £3 and costs, 78. Thomas Edward Sa.xton pleaded not guilty to a charge laid on the information of Mr. Alder, inspector of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, of ill-treating a horse by causing it to bo worked while suffering from a broken knee. He was fined £2 and costs, 7s.
