A common form of defective vision is I myopia (short-sight), and in some cases the sufferer is occasioned the greatest inconvenience and annoyance, owing to his inability to recognise the features of friends or acquaintances in the street, or to seo anything at all distinctly unless at very short range. Yet myopia is readily susceptible to treatment. If short-sighted you should consult Mr. Balfour M. Irvine at 18, Karangahape Road (near corner of Upper Queen Street).
