CITY ASSESSMENT COURT.
The City Assessment Court resumed its sitting yesterday, Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., presiding. The majority of reductions granted were duo to the decrease in rental values. A number of valuations wero reduced by arrangement with tho city valuer, Mr. Hickling, and confirmed by tho Court.
