JAPAN SEEKS,CO-OPERATION WITH CHINA IN SIBERIA.

A semi-official despatch from Pekin states that Japan proposes to send 200,000 troops to China to co-operate with a similar Chinese force, officered by Japanese, for restoring order in China and protecting her borders. Japan will submit a new series of demands to China, including the complete control of the finances, that 50 per cent, of all ammunition purchases be made from Japan, and that the operation of iron mines and dockyards be placed under Japanese control. PEKIN. April 10. A Japanese military delegation has arrived to discuss the Siberian situation with the Chinese military officials.
