GERMAN DISAGREEMENT. A. and N.Z. . PARIS, April 10. The Zurich correspondent of the Matin says that the postponement of Baron von Hertling's intended speech in tb.6 Reichstag surprised the Deputies. It is attributed to serious dissension between the Ministers and General von Ludendorff, who threatens to resign if von Hertling and Count Czernin make more peaco speeches, which weaken the army's moral and endanger military plans. The Kaiser advised Baron von Hertling to postpone; his speech.
