Wellington cricket match was resumed to-day in fine weather. The sun had dried the wicket considerably, but it was still easy. The visiters started well, but wont to piecos towards the finish. Midlano and Graham resumed, and raised the score to 46, when Graham was clean bowled by riiddlestone. Dacre joined Midlane, and both played confidently. Dacre sent a ball from Crawford into Milestone's hands, but the umpire had called no fall. Two balls later, however, Dacre was beautifully caught in the slips by Tuckwell, llorspool, the next man, had put up a useful innings of 24 when he mis-hit a ball from Brioe, and was taken in the slips. Hemus came in and, with Mid lane, raised the score to 151, when the latter was bowled by Brice. Midlane played a useful innings lor his side, taking no chances, Brooke-Smith joined Hemus, who, 20 runs later, was caught in the slips. L&wry was clean bowled , by Bnco when he had made one. Irving came in, but soon lost BrookoSmith, who foil a victim to Brice's bowling. Garrard was caught off • his first ball by Tuckwell. In the final of the executive match, played on the Carlton green, Wallace. Clothier, Menson, and Noonan (Te Aroha), 22, beat Georgo, Sayers. Sutherland, Laird (Onehunga), 21, after a keen contest. The president of the association, Mr. A. N. Sneddon, presented team with a handsome trophy. FIRST YEAR PLAYERS' FINAL. The match in the final of the first year players' championship, played at Onenunaa between Goodall, Pirritt, Simmonds, Ashby (Dominion Road) and Gilmour, Beresford, Bruce. Jones (Epsom), resulted in a draw, each team scoring 18 points. The teams will meet again on Saturday neit on the Onehunga green at 2.50 o'clock. . CAMBRIDGE TOURNAMENT. • PONSONBY AND TE AROHA IN FINAL. [nr TELEORATH.— CORWSPONIIBNT.] CAMBRIDGE, Tuesday. The Easter bowling tournament wis continued in fine weather to-day. Pilkington (Whitiora), Walker (Ponsonby), Marsh (Karangahake) and Stevenson , (Pcusonby) each won in their respective sections. In. the remaining section, Mitchell (Whitiora), McIndoe .(Carlton) and Morrison (To Aroha) tied with an equal number of wins. In tho play off Morrison beat both teams and thus won his section. In further play Morrison beat Stevenson by 20 points to 13. In the semi-finals Walker beat Marsh by 26 points tn 21, and Morrison beat Pilkington by 19 points to 17. Walker and Morrison meet in the final to-morrow. ' Pairs matches have been in progress all day, Court (Onehunga), Clavis (Ngnruawahia), Wright (Pukekohe). and McFarlane are leading with 3 wins each. Football Club was held last evening in the office of the .Auckland Rugby League, Mr. Dick Fellowes presiding.
