GOOD CLASS OF EXHIBIT. [BY mEGKAPJI.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] ROTORUA. Wednesday. The Rotorua Agricultural and Pastoral ' Show was held to-day in fine weather, and ; ! with a record attendance. The exhibits I i were nearly twice as numerous as those , of tho last show, the general quality Doing ; exceedingly good. Following are tho | principal awards:— i Horses: Draught, brood mare, Public Works Department; champion hack, Mr. , Jolly; champion harness horse, Mr. Jolly j | champion hunter, H. Manuel. i Cattle : Best dairy cow, J. H. McNair ; ; Holstein bull, J. H. McNair; cow, J. fl. McNair: Shorthorn bull, J. E. Martin; I cow, J. H. McNair; heifer, G. Ford bull I calf, J. E. Marhin; Jersey bull, Mrs. W. Scott; cow, W. B. Bennett; Ayrshire bull, J. Oir; cow, J. Price. | Sheep: Fat wethers, W. J. Scott; fat ' ewes, W. J. Scott; fat lambs, E. Latroba Hill. Butter: Separator, dairy, W. J. Parsons.
