." '. ''• WASHINGTON. Jan. 13. The Shipping Board has decided to remove 30 more ships from the Great Lakes to the ocean. The vessels will be cut in half to enable them to be taken through the Welland'Canal, and will be reassembled in !i the" spring. Forty-two vessels have already been treated in that way.
