AFFAIRS OF IRELAND.
PRESENT POLICY ATTACKED (Received 7.35 p.m.) Router. LONDON, Oct. 16. Mr. John Redmond has given notice of a motion deploring tho policy which has been and is being pursued by the Irish executivo for the government of tho Irish by the military authorities at a timo when the highest interests of Ireland and of the Empire demand the creation of an atmosphere favourable to a successful result of the deliberations of the Irish Convention.
