CHARGE AGAINST MOTORIST. r. a [BY telegraph:.— association.] 1 WELLINGTON. Wednesday. A want named Percy Withers was charged p at the Magistrate's Court to-day with o negligently driving a motor-car at an exa cessivo speed, and causing tho death of o Gordon Chailis, thereby committing manslaughter. Ho was committed for trial.
