AUCKLAND COAL TRADE DISTRICT; Notice is hereby given that the Coal Trade Re-sulfttiona made in pursuance of the War i insulations Amendment Act, 1916. on the ' 28tii day of August, 1917, and published in tit*, Now Zealand Gazette on the 29th day of Angus*. .1917, wll come into force-on tho Ist day of November.. 1917. The Auckland Coal Trade District comprises the Provincial District of Auckland. Attention is specially drawn to regulation number 5, which is as follows:— 6, (1) Save in pursuance of a Permit isnied in that belief by the Coal Trade Committee of a co»j1 trade district, or by the Minister in Charge, it shall not be lawful for any person to deliver or be concerned in the delivery of ciiy coil at any plwe within that district in pursuance of any edntract of purchase, whether raado before or after the constitution of that district, (2) Nothing in this regulation shall apply to t\e delivery of coal for domestic or other uses m quantities not exceeding 1 ton at any one time, and not exceeding 2 tons delivored to any one person in any on© period of tweniyeight diva.
