A mass meeting of seamen to-day reaffirmed the decision to return to work, and resolved to advise the Melbourne men to do likewise. PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION. MOVE BY EMPLOYERS. MELBOURNE, Oct. 12. The prospectus of'the Employers' Indemnity Association 'Victoria, with & capital of £100,000, has been issued. It has been formed by all the Employers' associations in Victoria to protect emj ployers against union 'tyranny.
