Tho Government has decided to utilise partly or wholly British-owned ships registered under neutral flags, and now lying ■ in British ports. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. , (Received 8.16 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 11J The action of' Britain in deciding to re-; quisition neutral-registered ships in British , ports, is owing to the German Prize! Court deciding that such vessels must bo regarded as British. Compensation will be given to the owners.
