DILUTION OF LABOUR.
PROPOSALS MODIFIED. A. and N.Z. LONDON. August 15. In the House of Commons, Mr. Winston Churchill, Minister for Munitions, announced the proposed abandonment of the dilution clause of the Munitions Bill, and also that he would introduce amendments, the result of agreements between employers and trades unions.
