SHIPPING FACILITIES.

Sir Thomas Mackenzie urged Mr. R. E. Prothero, President of the Board of Agriculture, to grant increased facilities for the shipment of seeds to New Zealand. Mr. Prothero replied that statistics were being prepared showing the seed requirements of Britain, and after these were available he would do•his best to meet New Zealand's needs.
