The statutory meeting of the Sylvia Reefs, Ltd called for yesterday at the office of the secretary Mr. C. A. Stubbs. lapsed for want of a quorum. Ic their report, the directors stated that 107.787 two-shil-ling " shares had been allotted. on _ which 6d per share had been paid The ~ financial statement showed a cash balance of £263. ____________
