THE REPRESENTATIVE FIXTURE.

Prospects for to-morrow's representative match on tho Domain appeal- decidedly good. The ground has had an opportunity of getting into good shape, and if th© weather holds conditions should be ideal for ft fast, keen game. Tho Wellington team will arrive this morning. Seventeen players arc making the trip, with Mr. A. C. Kjtto a? manager. Wellington opinion ranks the visiting team as a good one, but opportunities for comparison being practically non-existent, no forecast is made regarding their chances of boating Auckland A Wellington enthusiast says of the game there:"Our competition is a gc.od one. end the public is coining back to m. The football is good, and absolutely clean; it is as hard as in former years, with any amount of vim in it, but no ' dirt.'
