Archdeacon Evan? presiding. It was decided to take immediate steps in raise sufficient money to justify the formation of the proposed diocese, and that a representative council should be convened, con sistinrr of the bishops, clergy. and laymen in the proposed area. The Rev. K. *-• Harvie Jnglewood) was appointed secretary, and Archdeacon Evans was asked to accept nomination as honorary organising and financial secretary of the endowment fund.
