[BY TELEGRAPHSPECIAL CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, Wednesday. A published statement that Captain Malcolm Ross was acting as censor of correspondence at the front was referred to in Parliament to-day by Mr. J. V. Brown, who said Captain Ross ought not to be allowed to "be censor as well as official correspondent. Mr. Massey said he did not believe the report was correct.
