DILWORTH TRUST BOARD.
♦ . The annual meeting of the worth Trusl Board was held yesterday, the chairman, Rev. W. Beatty, presiding. Mr. H. B. Morton was elected chairman for the ensuing year and Mr. S. Nawton was appointed secretary in succession to Mr. G. O'Halloran, who has resigned, after holding the position for 17 years. Professor A. P. W. Thomas has been appointed a trustee in the place of Mr. R. Hall, who has retired from the board.
