NEW UNDERSECRETARY. A. and N.Z.—Renter. LONDON, July 3.
The Press Bureau states that Mr. J. P. Clynes, Labour member for North-east Manchester, has been appointed UnderSecretary to the Minister in Charge of Food Control, Lord Rhondda, in succession to Captain Bathurst, who has retired.
