SWEDISH BOATS SUNK.

Renter. COPENHAGEN, July 3. A German submarine, without warning, bombarded and sank four Swedish boats off the Norwegian coast outside the. blockade zone. The submarine commander told the skipper of a fishing-boat that henceforth all neutral fishing-boats would be destroyed.

The Copenhagen correspondent of the Morning Post states that it is reported that Germany is building submarine cruisers of 5000 tons and 18,000 horse-power, with a length of 390 ft, and a speed of 26 miles on the surface and 16 miles submerged, capable of voyaging from the Baltic to Japan without refueling. They will have 30 torpedo tubes and practically the same armament as medium-sized cruisers, while they will be able to carry 150 floating mines.
