NEARLY 1000 MILLIONS FOR FIGHTING SERVICES. Vast sums are dealt with in the report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General upon the Appropriation Account of the Votes of Credit in the House of Commons between March 3, 1915, and February 22, 1916, amounting to £1,420,000,000.
