■; DECISIONS OF THE COUNCIL. The Onehunga-Borough Council met last night. The Mayor, Mr. J. Kowe,. presided and X there were ;also present Messrs. \ E. V. Sutherland,/ E. J: Higgins, G. L. Taylor, H. J. Davies, W. J. Brewin, I. Lomas and C. C. Davis.

It was decided to lease the borough reserves for terms of one or three years, at the/option of the tenderer, arid that the cemetery //and. rifle range ' reserves :be leased subject to one month's notice. .The engineer's, > for; the / formation of Hill '•-.
