The correspondent of the Times at British headquarters s states that there is evidence that the <- retreating Germans are underfed, and are eating cats, and sausages made of 'dogs' flesh. - They are extremely short .of medical and surgical necessities, and numerous deaths have been caused by poisoned wounds.'
