NO MOVING PICTURE RECORDS. [by telegraph.—press association] WELLINGTON, Monday. In connection with a n application - : by an American film corporation to the Govern, mont to take pictures in New Zealand, the Minister for Internal Affairs, Hon.' G. W. Russell, stated to-day that Cabinet considers it inadvisable during the war for any cinematograph pictures of New Zealand to be taken by anybody. Consequently no authority vvill given in this direction until after. the close of the war
