REPORTED SINKING OF TWO COMMERCE DESTROYERS.

Passengers by a steamer from Buenos Aires state that three German raiders were trapped in tho South Atlantic on February 21. It is reported. that a British cruiser was badly damaged in the fight. Two of the raiders were sunk, but the third escaped. A British cruiser disguised as a collier lured the 'raiders on until two other cruisers joined her.
