MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASES. Orders for payment, in default various terms of imprisonment, were made by Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday in the following judgment summons cases:—William Barrington Miller v. A. Hawthorne, Auckland, £10 lis 6d; India Rubber, Gutta Percha and Telegraph Works Company, Ltd., v. E. J. Samuel, Kaitaia, £12 7s.
