HOTEL LICENSEE FINED.
.*» . [by telegraph.— ovrs CORRESPONDENT.] DARGAVLLLE. Wednesday. At, the Magistrate's Court to-dav, before Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M., E. M. Leydon, licensee of the Aratapu Hotel, was fined £1 and costs for supplying liquor to a youth under 21 years of age. The magistrate held that Mr. Justice Denniston's judgment— all licensees who entertained suspicions as to the age of customers should take full precautions and fully ascertain the facts— must bo rigidly observed^
