YESTERDAY'S ENROLMENTS. EIGHTEEN MEN VOLUNTEER. FOURTEEN PASSED AS FIT. Eighteen' men volunteered for active service at the city recruiting station yesterday. Of that number, fourteen' were passed as fit for service, one was deferred, and tlireo were rejected as unfit. Watson, clerk, 29, Graham Street. RE-EXAMINATION OF MEN. FOURTEEN FOR ACTIVE SERVICE. Tho second Auckland Medical Board was busily engaged yesterday in the reexamination of men who have previously volunteered for active servico and been rejected as physically unfit. Twenty, feven men presented themselves, and of this number 14 were passed for active, fervice, the remainder being classed as tit for home service only. Tho following itinerary has been arranged bv the No. 2 Military Service Board:—Hamilton, February 14 to February 17; To Aroha, February 19 to 21 Rotorua, February 27; Te Kuiti,, March 1 and, 2. .These dates are subject! to alteration. The No. 1 Military Servife Board, 1 which is now hearing appeals in the. Northern district, will return to _ Auckland about February 16, and will, on February 19, commence to hear appeals by reservists called up by the ballot now being conducted at Wellington. DOUBLE BALLOT FINISHED. ANNOUNCEMENT ON MONDAY. [BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Wednesday. Tho ballot to fill the shortages in the -seventh and twenty-eighth reinforcements has been concluded. The result will be made known on Monday.
